Baked MayonnaiseIngredients: - 1 kg of boiled and kneaded potatoes - 1 can of drained tuna - can of selected vegetables drained - 2 cups mayonnaise tea - 1 cup of chopped and moistened bread - 3 gems - 1 onion, finely chopped - 3 cloves garlic, crushed - 1 pinch of chopped green-chili pepper sauce and salt, to taste - 1 envelope of "Ajinomoto" - 3 egg whites Method of preparation: In a bowl, combine potatoes, tuna, select vegetables, half mayonnaise, bread, egg yolks,
onion, garlic, pepper sauce, green odor, salt and Ajinomoto, and transfer to a greased
refractory. Stir gently in the snow whites and remaining mayonnaise, spread over the
mixture and return to the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the surface is
golden brown.
