Chicken dumpling
Ingredients:
– 1 kg of chicken breast in cubes
– 1/2 cup of salt
– 2 1/2 teaspoons of salt
– 2 green seasoning envelopes
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 medium cooked and squeezed manioc (500g)
– 1 glass of coconut milk
– 1/2 chopped onion medium
– 1 cup of tomato puree
– 3 cups water tea (600 ml)
– 2 envelopes of chicken broth
Method of preparation:
Season chicken with wine, salt and green seasoning, and let it taste for 30 minutes.
In a frying pan, heat 1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil, and fry the chicken with the marinade for 25 minutes. Book it.
In the blender, beat the cassava and coconut milk until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
In another pan, heat the remaining oil and sauté the onion for 4 minutes. Add the tomato puree, processed cassava, water and chicken stock, and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the reserved chicken, mix and serve then.
