Banana Crepe
Ingredients:
– 3 units banana-nanica
– 1 egg unit
– 1/2 cup milk
– 6 tablespoons (sugar) sugar
– 9 tablespoons flour
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1 tablespoon oil
– 1 tablespoon sugar to sprinkle
Method of preparation:
Knead the bananas and mix all the ingredients, making a dough
consistent. Grease the frying pan with the oil and, with the
spoon, divide the dough into portions, in a rounded shape, browning
on both sides. Serve with powdered sugar.
Tip: If desired, add cinnamon powder.
