Fish Meatballs


Ingredients: - 500g fillet of cambucu - 500g of salmon - 300g of small prawns - 2 glasses of white wine - 2 loaves of bread (only the crumb) - 2 cloves garlic, chopped - Chopped sausage to taste - 2 tablespoons olive oil - Salt and pepper to taste - Water - Wheat flour for breaded meatballs Method of preparation: Pass in the processor the cambucu, the salmon, the softened bread with a little water,
the sausage, the salt and the pepper. Heat the olive oil, brown the chopped garlic
and remove from the pan (just to give flavor in the oil). Make the fish balls
(if you stick in the hand, pass a little water), pass them lightly in the wheat flour
and fry. After frying, add the wine in the same pan, the shrimp let braise.
Correct the salt. Sprinkle with chopped sausage. Nutritional value: 153 Kcal per 100g.
