Ingredients: Pasta: - 1/2 pack of cornstarch biscuit (200g) - 150g butter or margarine Filling: - 250g unsalted fresh cheese - 2 eggs - 1/2 cup sugar tea - 1 cup of sour cream (200 ml) - 1/2 cup of milk tea (100 ml) - 1 teaspoon cornstarch - lemon zest Roof: - 250g of guava Method of preparation: Pasta: Prepare the dough by bringing the cornstarch to the processor and beat until you get a flour.
Pour in a deep bowl, add the butter or margarine and knead well with your fingers until you
get a soft dough and let go of the hands, to connect everything. Cover the bottom and sides in a detachable shape (27 cm in diameter). Book it. Filling: Beat all the ingredients in the blender until a thick, smooth cream is obtained.
Place on the dough and bake in the preheated oven (180ºC) until the filling is firm, About 30 minutes. Let it cool and untangle. Roof: In a medium saucepan, place the chopped guava with 1/4 cup of water and simmer until melted.
Cover the baked pie and refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve next. Yield: 10 servings.
