Marble cake with walnuts

Ingredients:

– 18 champagne or English cookies
– 100 g chopped walnuts
– 4 eggs
– 1 canister (395 g) of condensed milk
– 1 tablespoon butter
– 200 g of bittersweet chocolate chopped into small pieces
– cocoa powder for sprinkling

Method of preparation:




Preheat oven to medium (180 ° C). Chop the cookies and put them in the blender. Add the nuts and beat for 1 minute. Add the eggs and half the condensed milk and beat for another 2 minutes. With the butter, grease a removable rim baking sheet 20 cm in diameter and arrange the dough. Whisk the chopped chocolate with the remaining condensed milk for 1 minute and spread over the dough. Bake for 35 minutes, or until you stick a toothpick into the cake it comes out clean. Remove the cake from the oven and unmold it. Cut the cake into pieces, spread on plates and sprinkle the cocoa powder. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
