Spinach Crackers
Ingredients:
– 1 cup (tea) spinach leaf
– 1 cup sugar
– 3 tablespoons margarine
– 1 egg unit
– 2 cups (tea) sweet sprinkles
– 1 cup wheat flour
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
Method of preparation:
Chop the spinach leaves very well. Reserve. In a container,
stir in the ingredients except the spinach leaves and the baking
powder. Knead well, put the spinach leaves, baking powder and mash
again until smooth. Model the crackers and take to roasting.
