Bovine Rib with Rice and Talos

Ingredients:

– 400 g needle point
– 2 cloves minced garlic
– Salt to taste
– 1 tablespoon oil
– 4 tablespoons chopped onion
– Enough water
– 1 cup (tea) raw rice
– Salt to taste
– 2 cups (tea) tomato sauce
– 1/2 cup chopped parsley leaves
– 2 cups (tea) chopped cauliflower stalks
– 1 cup chopped cauliflower leaves
– 3 tablespoons chives

Method of preparation:

Season the needle tip with garlic and salt. In pressure cooker. warm up
the oil and brown the meat, add the onion and water enough
cooking. When the meat is very tender, add the rice, check
salt and if necessary add more water. When the rice is almost
dry, add the tomato sauce, the stalks and the leaves of cauliflower.
Remove from the pan, sprinkle the chives and serve next.




Tip: Cauliflower leaves are rich in vitamin C, helping in the
performance of immunological functions.
