Cassoulet Green

Ingredients:

– 1 1/2 cup (tea) dry peas
– 5 cups tea
– 1 cup diced white cabbage
– 1 cup chopped green beans
– 1 cup (tea) broccoli
– 2 tablespoons chopped onion
– 3 cloves minced garlic
– 2 tablespoons oil
– 600 g chicken breast in cubes
– Salt to taste
– 2 tablespoons flour
– 1/4 cup water
– 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Method of preparation:

Cook the peas dry with water until soft and whole. Reserve. THE
part, cook the vegetables, keeping them whole. Light the onion and the
garlic in the oil, add the chicken and let braise. Add the peas with
the broth, the vegetables, the salt and the wheat flour dissolved in the water. Mix
well until the flour cook, sprinkle the parsley and serve hot.




Tip: Cabbage is a source of vitamin C, fiber and has low calorie.
