Cheese and Ham Sfiha



Ingredients:
– 50 kg yeast for bread
– 2 tablespoons of sugar
– 1 1/2 cups warm water tea
– 1 tablespoon butter or hydrogenated fat
– 1 tablespoon of salt
– 1/2 cup of natural yogurt
– 2 eggs
– 1 kg of wheat flour (+/-)
– 1/2 cup of oil

Filling:
– 1/2 kg chopped ham
– 2 chopped tomatoes
– 1 chopped onion
– 1 tablespoon of oregano
– 300g of curd




Method of preparation:
Dissolve the yeast with the sugar, add the warm water, the oil and the rest of the ingredients and the wheat flour until you let go of the hands.
Make marbles, let rise, then assemble the scrub, brush with yolk and take to roast.
