Potato pie

Ingredients:

Pasta:
– 1 kg of potatoes
– 2 cloves garlic, crushed
– 1 grated onion
– 3 dagger buns
– 3 eggs
– 2 tablespoons grated cheese
– chopped green scent

Method of preparation:
Peel the potatoes, cook and run through the juicer. Add the garlic, the onion, the eggs, the buns wet in the milk and well squeezed, the cheese, the green scent and mix well.

Ingredients:

Filling:
– 500g ground beef
– 1 ground calabrese sausage
– 6 cloves garlic, crushed
– 2 chopped onions
– 3 tomatoes skinless chopped
– 2 tablets of vegetable stock
– 2 boiled eggs
– chopped olives
– chopped green scent

Method of preparation:
Fry the garlic in the olive oil, add the onion and let it braise a little. Add the ground beef with the seasoned sausage and the tomatoes, lower the heat. Let sauté, taking care not to let balls form. When the meat is cooked, add the chopped eggs, olives and green odor.




Assembly:
Grease a shape or refractory with margarine and flour. Put one part of the dough, the filling on top and cover with the rest of the dough. Brush with the yolk and bake to brown.
