Creamy Chicken Pie

Ingredients:

Pasta:
– 1 package of vegetable fat at room temperature
– 1 can of guarana (350ml)
– 1 pinch of salt
– 1 kg of wheat flour approximately

Filling:
– 5 tablespoons of oil
– 1 small grated onion
– 2 cloves garlic, crushed
– pepper to taste
– 5 tablespoons of tomato extract
– 1 cup of water
– 2 boiled and shredded chicken breasts
– olives and palm hearts to taste
– 100g of catupiry
– 3 tablespoons of wheat flour




Method of preparation:
Mix the vegetable fat with the yolk, the salt and finally the guarana. Add the wheat flour until it loosens from the hands. Let rest. For the filling, fry the onion with the garlic in the oil. Add the tomato paste, the water and bring to the boil. Put the chicken breast and the rest of the ingredients. Combine the sauce with the wheat flour (diluted in a little water). Open the dough part and line it in a collapsible form. Put the filling and cover with the rest of the dough. Brush with a yolk and bake in medium oven until golden.
