Chicken Cookies with Spinach

Ingredients:

Pasta:
– 750 g chicken fillet
– 2 cups (tea) chopped spinach
– 1 1/2 cup (tea) chopped spinach sticks
– 1 cup (tea) textured soy
– 2 cups hot water
– 1 tablespoon salt
– 3 cloves minced garlic
– 1 tablespoon oil
– 1/4 cup wheat flour

Sauce:
– 1 tablespoon margarine
– 1/2 cup chopped onion
– 1 clove garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon wheat flour
– 1 cup (tea) orange juice
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce (shoyu)

Method of preparation:

Beat the chicken fillet in the blender until it forms a homogeneous mass
and reserve. Leave the soy protein soaked in hot water for 15
minutes. Drain well and add to the chicken. Add the spinach. the
stalks, salt, garlic, oil and wheat flour. Knead well, model the
polpettones and bake in medium oven. For the sauce, melt the margarine
and fry the onion and garlic. Dissolve the wheat flour in orange juice and
add to the stew, stirring not to stir. Add shoyu and
turn off the fire. Arrange the polpettones in a refractory and cover them
with the orange sauce.




Tip: The fat content of the chicken is lower than that of the meat
red.
