Chicken Bobo with Talos
Chickesn Bobo with Talo
Ingredients:
– 4 cups diced manioc
– 1 cup (tea) baking water
– 500 g chicken breast
– Enough water
– Salt to taste
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 tablespoons chopped onion
– 1 cup (tea) chopped grain stalks
– 2 cups (tea) tomato sauce
– 1 1/2 cup (tea) coconut milk
Method of preparation:
Cook the cassava until it is chopped and beat in the blender with the
water from the baking to form a thick cream. Reserve. Cook
the chicken breast in water and salt, defie and reserve. Heat the oil and
sauté the onion, the shredded chicken, the manioc kneaded, the
watercress and tomato sauce. Let it clear, add the coconut milk
and bring to the boil. Serve it hot.
Tip: To facilitate, shred the chicken still warm.
