Ingredients:

– 1 rounded potato
– 2 sliced ​​tomatoes
– 1 large onion sliced

– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 glass of coconut milk (200 ml)
– 2 tablespoons chopped coriander

Method of preparation:
