Ingredients:
– 2 egg units
– 1 cup sugar
– 2 tablespoons margarine
– 1 cup blackcurrant
– 1/2 cup water
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1 cup sweet tea
– 2 cups (tea) wheat flour
– 1/2 cup (tea) oat flakes
– 1 tablespoon baking powder
Method of preparation:
Beat the egg whites and set aside. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and
margarine until it forms a cream. Add the remaining ingredients,
mix well. Add the whites to the snow and stir lightly. Bake in an oven
preheated medium.
Tip: The cake is delicious with the coverage of beet jam with
banana.
