Zucchini Nut Cake

Ingredients:

– 2 cups diced Italian zucchini
– 3 egg units
– 2 cups (tea) sugar
– 1 cup (tea) oil
– 3 cups (tea) wheat flour
– 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
– 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup (tea) raisins
– 2 tablespoons baking powder
– 1/2 cup sugar to sprinkle

Method of preparation:

Beat the zucchini, eggs, sugar and oil in the blender. In a
bowl, put the wheat flour, cinnamon, vanilla and raisins and
dump the dough. Stir well and add the yeast. put on
baking greased and floured. Bake in medium oven preheated until
to gild. Unbake and sprinkle with sugar.

Tip: You can substitute raisins for chocolate drops.
