Creamy Cooked Corn Meal

Ingredients:

– 80 ml of olive oil

– 1200 ml of water

– Salt and black pepper to taste

– 250 ml fresh cream

– 200g of cornmeal

– 120 grams of grated cheese

– 60g butter

– 60g of mozzarella

– 120g creamed curd




Method of preparation:

In a saucepan, add the water and add salt, pepper and olive oil. Add the hydrated fubá and cook over a slow heat, stirring constantly until the polenta thickens and detaches from the bottom of the pan. If necessary, add more water. Add the cream, the grated cheese, the butter, the mozzarella and the curd. Let it cook slightly. Serve hot with sauce to taste.
