Quick Cheese Bread

Ingredients:
– 2 eggs
– 1 cup (American type) milk (200ml)
– 1 cup (American type) of corn oil (200ml)
– 1 cup of parmesan cheese
– 1 tablespoon of shallow salt
– 25ml of olive oil (about 3 tablespoons)
– 3 cups of sweet-sprinkled tea
– parmesan cheese to sprinkle on buns

Method of preparation:
Put in the blender: eggs, milk, corn oil, salt, olive oil and sweet sprinkles. Beat for 3 to 4 minutes, stopping to stir the spoon to beat better. Remove the blender, add the parmesan cheese and mix. Grease the molds with oil, put the dough and sprinkle grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for approximately 20 minutes.

Filling Suggestion:

Cream cheese:
– 100g cream cheese
– 1 tablespoon of oregano
– 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Mix the ingredients and fill the loaves, cutting them in half. The filling is enough for a recipe.




Cheddar:
– 1/2 cup creamy curd
– 1/2 cup creamy cheddar cheese
– 1 cup chopped green olives
