Avocado bread

Ingredients:

– pulp of 1 small avocado
– 1 cup of boiling milk
– 5 tablespoons of oil
– 4 tablespoons of sugar
– 2 eggs
– 2 tablets (30 g) of biological yeast
– 3 cups (tea) wheat flour
– 1 pinch of salt

Method of preparation:




Put in the blender jar the avocado, the milk, the oil (reserve two teaspoons), the sugar, the egg, the yeast and four spoons (soup) of wheat flour. Beat for 3 minutes cover the blender and let stand for 15 minutes. After time add the remaining wheat flour and salt. Beat for another minute and pour into a 1-quart pan, greased with the reserved oil. Cover the baking sheet with plastic wrap and let the dough rise for another 15 minutes. Preheat oven to medium (180 ° C). Bake for 35 minutes, or until bread is firm and slightly golden. Remove from oven and serve.
