Ingredients:

Pasta:

– 300g fresh grated coconut
– 150g grated Parmesan cheese
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 1 tablespoon baking powder
– 1 and 1/2 cup of wheat flour
– 4 whole eggs

Syrup:

– 3 cups sugar
– 1 cup of water

Method of preparation:

Make the syrup thin with sugar and water. Pour over the grated coconut, moisturizing it. Add the butter and Parmesan cheese. Mix thoroughly. Add the eggs slightly beaten and then the wheat flour with the baking powder. Grease a baking sheet with butter and flour. When ready, remove from the oven and pour the syrup thin with 2 cups sugar and 1 cup water. Allow to cool and cut into small squares.
