Coffee and Chocolate Liqueur
Ingredients: - 1 can of condensed milk - 2 cups milk tea - 1 tablespoon of soluble coffee - 1 beaten yolk - 1 cup of whiskey - 1/2 cup of cocoa liquor - 3 tablespoons ready chocolate coating (60 g) Method of preparation: Mix in a pan the condensed milk, the milk and the soluble coffee until
the coffee has dissolved. Slowly add half of this mixture to the yolk.
Pour back into the pan. Let it boil and cook, stirring until it thickens slightly.
Remove from the heat and add the whiskey, the liquor and the chocolate coating.
Mix well and let it cool. Put in decorative bottles and with lid. Keep it in the fridge.
It can be served on ice cubes or on ice cream and still be stored in the refrigerator
for up to 2 months. Nutritional value: 220 Kcal per 50 ml.
