Beet Bread


Ingredients: - 50g of organic yeast - 1 tablespoon of sugar - 1 cup of warm water - 2 eggs - 1/2 cup of brewed tea - 1/2 cup of oil or olive oil - 200 ml of fresh cream, yogurt or milk - 2 cooked and kneaded beets - 1 kg of wheat flour - 1 tablespoon of salt Method of preparation: Cook the beet in a little water and take care that, at the end of cooking, dry the water.
Knead the beets well and let it cool. Book it. And a bowl,
put the yeast with the sugar and let it dissolve. Add warm water, beer, oil, milk,
eggs and beet. Mix well and add 700g of flour. Let it grow for 20 minutes
(the dough is very soft). On a table, put the rest of the flour and pour the dough.
Incorporate a little more flour and divide into two parts.
Grease two shapes of bread and shape the pasta.
Let it grow for at least 30 minutes or until it doubles in volume.
Brush gently with yolk and bake in medium oven, preheated, for about 15 minutes. Nutritional value: 120 Kcal per 100g.
