Ingredients: - 1 cup chopped bacon (100g) - 1 tablespoon of butter - 1 and ½ cup of dark raisins grapes - 1 chopped medium red pepper - 2 medium grated carrots - 2 cups roasted peanut tea - 2 teaspoons seasoning ready - 4 cups of corn flour - 1 can of drained peas Method of preparation: In a large saucepan, place the bacon and fry over high heat, in its own fat,
for 4 minutes or until golden brown. Add the butter, raisins, peppers
and carrots and saute for 2 minutes. Add the peanuts,
the ready seasoning and the corn flour and stir until smooth. Add the peas and gently mix.
Remove from heat and serve immediately. Nutritional value: 371 Kcal per 100g
