Ingredients:
– 3 egg units
– 2 tablets yeast
– 1 cup sugar
– 1 cup (tea) oil
– 1 tablespoon salt
– 3 cups (tea) water
– 14 cups (tea) wheat flour
– 1 cup chopped banana peel
– 1 cup chopped mango peel
Method of preparation:
Beat the eggs, yeast, sugar, oil, salt and
Water. Place in a bowl and gradually add the
wheat and bark. Mix well until the dough is homogeneous. Available
in English cake molds and let stand for 30 minutes. Or until
volume doubling. Lightly bake in medium oven.
Tip: The banana peel has a large amount of fibers, helping
