Chicken Tikka Boti Masala ...................... 1 Tsp 
Lemon ......................................................1/2 
Chopped Shimla Mirch ............................. 1 
Chopped Onion ........................................ 2 Tbsp 
Chopped Tomatoes ................................. 2 Tbsp 
Sweet Corn .............................................. 2 Tbsp 
Chinese Chilli Sauce ................................ 1 Tbsp 
Vinegar .................................................... 1 Tsp 
Cumin Powder ......................................... 1/4 Tsp 
Iodized Salt .............................................. 2 Pinch 
Chopped Green Coriander ...................... 1 Tsp 
Lemon JuIce ............................................ 1 Tsp 
Chopped Green Chilli .............................. 1 Tsp 
Salsa Chicken Beans .............................. As per needed 
Yogurt ...................................................... As per needed 
Chat Masala ............................................ As per needed 
BOiled RIce .............................................. As required


How to make Tikka Rice Bowl



METHOD:

- In a bowl: Add chicken, 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp Tikka Boti Masala, squeezed lemon and 1 chopped shimla mirch. 
- Mix all the ingredients well. 
- In another bowl: add 2 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes, 2 tbsp sweet corn, 1 tbsp Chinese Chilli Sauce, 1 tbsp Vinegar, 1/4 tbsp Cumin Powder, 2 pinches of Iodized Salt, 1 tsp chopped green coriander, 1 tsp lemon juice and 1 tsp chopped green chilli. 
- Mix the ingredients well. 
- Grill the vegetables and chicken for 2 minutes. 
- In a new bowl – Add salsa chicken beans, yogurt on boiled rice, chicken, and vegetables. 
- Garnish the dish with Chat Masala.
